270 grams lime jelly

20 green grapes halved

2 peeled and chopped pears

780 grams custard

2 pints hot waters

2 pints cold water

270 ml heavy cream

Green food dye

Purple food dye

2 tablespoons icing sugar


.in a measuring jug break up 270 grams lime jelly

.add 2 pints hot waters and stir until jelly dissolves

.add 2 pints cold water and stir

.add 20 green grapes halved, 2 peeled and chopped pears and stir

.pour into serving dish

.place in fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours to set

.pour 780 grams custard into a mixing bowl

.add green food dye into custard and mix until custard turns green ( amount of dye can vary )

.place in fridge until jelly is ready

.in a mixing add 270 ml heavy cream and mix

.add 2 tablespoons icing sugar and mix until thick consistency

.add purple food dye into cream and mox until cream turns purple ( amount of dye can vary )

.place in the fridge until jelly sets

.once set layer custard on jelly

.layer cream on custard and top with grape halves
