2 DRIED APRICOTS

1 DRIED DATE

1 MEDIUM BELL PEPPER ( diced )

1 MEDIUM WHITE ONION ( diced )

2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES

1/4 TEASPOON CUMIN

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CORRIANDER

1/4 TEASPOON PARSLEY FLAKES

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON

1/2 TEASPOON CHILLI FLAKES

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND WHITE PEPPER

1 TABLESPOON OF WATER


INSTRUCTIONS :


.ADD CHICK PEAS, BELL PEPPER, ONION, GARLIC, CUMIN, CORIANDER, PARSLEY, CINNAMON, CHILLI, WHITE PEPPER, APRICOTS, DATES + 1 TABLESPOON OF WATER TO BLENDER AND MIX TOGETHER

.PUSH DOWN MIX WITH SPATULA AND CONTINUE TO BLEND

.ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS AND CONTINUE TO BLEND

.ADD ANOTHER 2 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS AND CONTINUE TO BLEND

.ADD ANOTHER 2 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS AND CONTINUE TO BLEND

.ONCE MIXTURE IS READY ROLL SMALL BALLS WITH YOUR HAND AND COAT WITH THE REMAINING BREADCRUMBS AND PLACE ON A BAKING TRAY

.PRE HEAT OVEN TO

180 C / 356 F COOKING FOR 30 MINUTES FLIPPING THE FALAFELS AFTER 15 MINUTES AND CONTINUE TO COOK
