INGREDIENTS :


2 1/2 CUPS HOT WATER

1 VEGETABLE STOCK CUBE

2 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED

1 TABLESPOON TOMATO PASTE

1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON CHILLI FLAKES

1 CUP RED LENTILS

1 YELLOW BELL PEPPER ( medium )

1 WHITE ONION ( medium )

1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS

1 TABLESPOON COCONUT SUGAR


INSTRUCTIONS :


.ADD 2CUPS OF WATER & 1 VEGETABLE STOCK CUBE TO A POT ON MEDIUM HEAT

.AND MIX UNTIL STOCK CUBE IS DISSOLVED

.ADD 2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES AND CONTINUE TO STIR

.ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF TOMATO PASTE AND STIR

.ADD 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER & 1 TEASPOON PAPRIKA AND STIR

.ADD 1/2 TEASPOON CHILLI FLAKES AND 1 CUP RED LENTILS AND STIR

.ADD SLICED YELLOW PEPPER, DICED ONION AND 1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS AND STIR

.ADD 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT SUGAR AND STIR

.CONTINUE TO OCCASIONALLY STIR UNTIL CHILLI STARTS TO THICKEN

.AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES COOKING YOUR LENTIL CHILLI SHOULD BE READY TO SERVE
