STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAE


INGREDIENTS :


480 grams Strawberries

540 grams Whipping cream

400 grams Digestive Biscuits

4 tablespoon melted Butter

1/2 cup Icing Sugar

1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice

A Pinch of Salt

400 grams soft cream cheese


INSTRUCTION :


.Wash and chop Strawberries ( keep 4 whole Strawberries)

.On Medium heat add 480 grams Strawberries

.Add 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Sugar

.Add 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice

A Pinch of Salt and stir

.Cook until it boils and bubbles

.Leave Strawberries filling to cool

.Put 400 grams Digestive Biscuits into ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin

.crush until crush consistency

.In a mixing bowl add Digestive Biscuit crumbs

.Add 4 Tablespoons melted Butter and mix together

.mix until a loose crumb consistency

.In a mixing bowl add 400 grams cream cheese

.Add 1/2 cup icing sugar and mix together

.Transfer into a piping bag

.In a mixing bowl add 540 grams Whipping cream

.Add 2 Tablespoons icing sugar and blend together

.Mix until thick consistency

.in a dessert bowl layer up

.1st biscuit

.2nd cream cheese

.3rd whipped cream

.4th strawberry filling

.Repeat and top with a whole Strawberry
