1.6 kg Turkey Crown ( defrosted )

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon parsley

140 grams butter

2 minced garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 quartered onion


.in mixing bowl add 140 grams butter

.add 1 teaspoon parsley, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon sage

.add 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 minced garlic cloves

.mix the ingredients together well

.place turkey crown on parchment paper

and pat down with kitchen towel

.with a spoon separate the skin

.spoon butter underneath skin and massage inward

.rub butter all over the turkey crown

.place 2 quartered onions into slow cooker

.place turkey crown into slow cooker

.sprinkle ground black pepper and garlic powder on turkey

.cook on high heat for 4 to 5 hours depending on size

.place in oven on 180 c / 356 f for 10 to 15 until brown
