SHRIMP & AVACADO SALAD WITH HONEY LEMON DRESSING


INGREDIENTS :


180 Grams Shrimp

50 Grams slice Red Onion

150 Grams chopped Cucumber

60 Grams sliced red Bell Pepper

75 Grams mixed leaves

1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon ground black Pepper

1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey

3 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 sliced whole medium Avocado

A handful of chopped Parsley

1 whole sliced Lemon


INSTRUCTIONS :


.Pre heat frying pan on high heat

.Add 180 Grams Shrimp

.Add 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

.Add 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

.Cook until Shrimp is pink ( approx 5 minute )

.In a mixing bowl add 75 Grams mixed leaves

.Add 150 Grams chopped Cucumber

.Add 60 Grams sliced red Bell Pepper

.Add 50 Grams slice Red Onion and mix

.Add A handful of chopped Parsley and mix

.Add cooked Shrimp, 1 sliced whole medium Avocado

.Add 2 slices of Lemon

.In a small bowl add 1/4 Teaspoon ground black Pepper, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

.Add 2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice

.Add 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

.1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey and mix well
