SAUSAGE MEAT STUFFING


INGREDIENTS :


450 grams Sausage Meat

280 grams Stuffing Mix ( bread crumbs / onion / herbs & seasoning )


INSTRUCTIONS :


.Pre heat oven to 180 C / 356 F

.Mix Sausage meat & Stuffing mix in a bowl using a kneading motion

.Mix until ingredients have blended together

.Mold into a log shape and place in a ceramic dish

.Wrap with foil to prevent top burning and place in oven for 30 minutes

.Remove foil and place back in the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes

.Sausage Meat Stuffing can also be cooked inside a Chicken or Turkey
