INGREDIENTS :


115 grams finely chopped Cucumber

18 grams finely chopped Red Chilli

60 grams finely chopped Tomato

50 grams finely chopped Red Onion

50 grams grated Carrot

7 grams chopped Coriander

1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt


INSTRUCTIONS :


.In a mixing bowl add 50 grams grated Carrot

.Add 115 grams finely chopped Cucumber

.Add 60 grams finely chopped Tomato

.Add 50 grams finely chopped Red Onion

.Add 18 grams finely chopped Red Chilli and mix

.Add 7 grams chopped Coriander

.Add 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt mix

.Add 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

.Add 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

.Add 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper and mix together
