PUMPKIN BREAD [ PUMPKIN WEEK ]


INGREDIENTS :


1/4 Teaspoon Salt

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

3 Eggs

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Vegetable Oil

425 Grams Fresh Pumpkin Puree


INSTRUCTIONS :


.Pre heat oven to 180 C / 356 F

.In a mixing bowl add 2 Cups All Purpose Flour

.Add 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

, 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Cup Sugar and mix well

.Whisk 3 eggs in a separate bowl

.To Flour mix add whisked eggs, 1 Cup Vegetable Oil, 425 Grams Fresh Pumpkin Puree and mix well

.Line two baking tins with parchment paper and spray with Olive Oil Spray

.Fill baking tins about half way with Pumpkin Bread mix.

.Tap the baking tins and place in the oven

.Bake for 1 hour

.remove from oven and leave to cool
