PORK CHOPS WITH PEACH SAUCE


INGREDIENTS :


2 PORK CHOPS

6 PEACHES ( sliced )

12 GREEN BEANS

4 CILANTRO LEAVES

2 TABLESPOONS GROUND BROWN SUGAR

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER

1/4 TEASPOON CUMIN

1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL


INSTRUCTIONS :


PEACH SAUCE


.ADD 4 SLICED PEACHES, 4 CILANTRO LEAVES & 2 TABLESPOONS GROUND SUGAR INTO AND BLEND TOGETHER

.ADD 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER TO FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT

.ONCE BUTTER IS MELTED ADD THE PEACH SAUCE AND ADD A DASH OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER AND COOK ON MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES


PORK CHOP


.ADD IN BOWL 1/4 TEASPOON SALT, 1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER, 1/4 GROUND BLACK PEPPER & 1/4 TEASPOON CUMIN AND MIX TOGETHER

.ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL TO A FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT

.ADD PORK CHOPS TO FRYING PAN AND SPRINKLE ON THE SEASONING

.COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES AND TURN PORK CHOPS OVER

.ONCE TURNED SEASON THE PORK CHOPS AGAIN AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 2 TO 3 MINUTES

.CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 4 TO 6 MINUTES TURNING THE PORK CHOPS EVERY 2 TO 3 MINUTES


COOKING GREEN BEANS AND PEACHES


.ADD GREEN BEANS TO FRYING PAN AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT

.ADD 2 SLICED PEACHES AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES

.SERVE ON A PLATE AND DRIZZLE ON THE PEACH SAUCE AND ENJOY.
