400 GRAMS GROUND BEEF

1/2 TEASPOON SALT

1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER

1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

1/4 TEASPOON MILD CHILLI POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON OREGANO

1/2 TEASPOON PAPRIKA

1/4 TEASPOON ONION POWDER4

FRESH GARLIC CLOVES ( MINCED )

1 WHOLE RED ONION

2 WHOLE YELLOW ONION

1 MEDIUM RED BELL PEPPER

1 MEDIUM YELLOW BELL PEPPER

3 MEDIUM TOMATOES


SAUCE :


200 ML DOUBLE CREAM

150 GRAMS CHEDDAR CHEESE

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

1/4 TEASPOON PAPRIKA

200 GRAMS TORTILLA CHIP ( UNFLAVOURED )

SALSA DIP


INSTRUCTIONS :


BEEF :


.HEAT HOBS TO MEDIUM HEAT

.ADD GROUND BEEF TO FRYING PAN

.ADD SALT

.ADD GARLIC POWDER, WHITE + BLACK PEPPER, CHILLI POWDER, OREGANO, PAPRIKA & ONION POWDER

.STIR INGREDIENTS INTO THE BEEF

.ONCED BEEF HAS BROWNED ADD MINCED GARLIC CLOVES AND STIR

.ADD RED & YELLOW ONION ( DICED ) TO BEEF AND STIR

.ADD RED & YELLOW BELL PEPPERS TO BEEF AND STIR

.ADD TOMATOES ( DICED ) TO BEEF AND STIR

.LEAVE BEEF TO SIMMER OCCASIONALLY STIRRING


SAUCE :


.ADD DOUBLE CREAM TO SAUCE PAN

.ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE TO SAUCE PAN AND STIR

.ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER & PAPRIKA TO SAUCE PAN AND STIR

.LEAVE SAUCE TO SIMMER OCCASIONALLY STIRRING


NACHOS AND SERVING :


.PLACE TORTILLA CHIPS IN A BAKING TRAY AND PLACE IN THE OVEN AT 180 C FOR ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL TORTILLA CHIPS AND HOT

.PLACE TORTILLA CHIPS ON A PLATE

.NEXT ADD THE BEEF MIX

.ADD SALSA DIP

.SPRINKLE CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP

.DRIZZLE CHEESE SAUCE ON TOP
