1 TEASPOON SUGAR

1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER

1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER


INSTRUCTIONS :


.IN A BOWL MASH UP MINCED PORK

.ADD SEASONING ( SAGE / THYME / SALT /SUGAR / GARLIC / WHITE & BLACK PEPPER )

.MIX WITH A SPOON

.CONTINUE TO MIX IN A KNEADING MOTIONS UNTIL INGREDIENTS ARE WELL MIXED

.USING YOUR HANDS MOLD THE INGREDIENTS INTO PATTY FORM

.FRY FOR 5 MINUTES EACH ON BOTH SIDES AT MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT OR COOK IN OVEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES ON 180 C / 356 F
