1/2 TOMATO

100 GRAMS SLICED MUSHROOMS

1 SLICE POTATO BREAD

1 SLICE SODA FARL

100 GRAMS WHITE PUDDING

100 GRAMS BLACK PUDDING

1 CAN BAKED BEANS

VEGETABLE OIL

( SERVES 1 )


INSTRUCTIONS :


.PRE HEAT FRYING PAN(S) AT MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT AND ADD VEGETABLE OIL

.ADD SAUSAGES & BACON OCCASIONALLY TURNING

.( IF USING A 2ND PAN ) ADD VEGETABLE OIL AND PRE HEAT FRYING PAN

.ADD EGG AND SLICED WHITE & BLACK PUDDING OCCASIONALLY TURNING WHITE & BLACK PUDDING

.AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES REMOVE BACON & SAUSAGE OR WHEN THOROUGHLY COOKED

.ADD MUSHROOMS & TOMATO OCCASIONALLY TURNING

.ADD BAKED BEANS TO A POT AND COOK ON A MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT

.ONCE EGG WHITE IS MOSTLY SET REMOVE FROM FRYING PAN

.AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES REMOVE MUSHROOMS AND TOMATO

.ADD POTATO BREAD AND SODA FARL LAST BECAUSE IT ABSORBS THE VEGETABLE OIL, FRY FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OCCASIONALLY TURNING

.AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES REMOVE WHITE & BLACK PUDDING

.REMOVE BAKED BEANS ONCE THEY COME TO THE BOIL

.REMOVE POTATO BREAD AND SODA FARL AND SERVE ON A PLATE
