.SPRINKLE FLOUR ON DOUGH AND ROLL GENTLY

.CUT OUT THE BISCUITS WITH A CIRCULAR CUTTER OR YOU CAN USE A GLASS

.PLACE BISCUITS ON A BAKING TRAY COVERED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

.PRESS IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH BISCUIT TO ENSURE AN EVEN RISE WHEN IN THE OVEN

.WITH A PASTRY BRUSH COAT EACH BISCUIT WITH MILK FOR A GOLDEN COLOUR
