400 grams green beans

150 grams sliced mushrooms

540 ml heavy cream

170 grams bacon lardons

1 chopped medium onion

270 grams tobacco onions

2 minced garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon butter

1 vegetable stock cube


.in a frying pan on medium to high heat add 170 grams bacon lardons ( cook for approx 10 minutes )

.set bacon aside and add 1 tablespoon butter

.reduce to medium heat, add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped medium onion

.add 150 grams sliced mushrooms cook until tender

.sieve 1 tablespoon cornstarch to avoid clumping and stir

.add 540 ml heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and stir

.add 1 vegetable stock cube and stir in

.once stock dissolves add 400 grams green beans, cook for 5 minutes

.pre heat oven to 180 c

.add 170 grams cooked bacon lardons, 90 grams tobacco onions and mix

.place casserole in a baking dish

.add another 180 grams tobacco

.bake in the oven for 5 minutes
