GARLIC SHRIMP LINGUINE


INGREDIENTS :


8 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

18 halved cherry tomatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup white wine

300 grams linguine

180 grams shrimp

3 tablespoons chopped Parsley


INSTRUCTIONS :


.Fill pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt

.Add 300 grams linguine and cook on high heat until soft

.On medium to high heat add 3 tablespoons olive oil to frying pan

.Add 8 minced garlic cloves and cook for a couple of minutes

.Add 18 halved cherry tomatoes

.Add 1 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

.Add 1 cup white wine and stir

.Once Tomatoes wilt ( approx 3 minutes ) add 180 grams shrimp

.Add 3 tablespoons chopped Parsley

.Cook until shrimp is cooked ( approx 3 to 5 minutes )

.Strain Pasta and add to frying with shrimp and sauce

.Cook on low heat for a couple of minutes
