FUNNEL CAKE


INGREDIENTS :


1 LARGE EGG

1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL

3/4 CUP MILK

1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR

1 CUP FLOUR

ICING SUGAR


INSTRUCTIONS :


.IN A BOWL ADD 1 LARGE EGG AND WHISK

.ADD 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT AND WHISK

.ADD 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL AND WHISK

.ADD 3/4 CUP MILK AND WHISK

.ADD 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TEASPOON SALT, 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR AND WHISK

.ADD 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND WHISK

.ADD ANOTHER 1/2 CUP OF FLOUR AND WHISK UNTIL BATTER IS SMOOTH

.FILL A POT WITH VEGETABLE OIL AND TURN UP TO HIGH HEAT

.ONCE OIL IS HOT POUR IN THE BATTER IN A CIRCULAR MOTION AND COOK UNTIL THE UNDER SIDE IS GOLDEN BROWN ( couple of minutes at most )

.TURN FUNNEL CAKE OVER AND COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ( couple of minutes at most )

.REMOVE FROM POT AND PLACE ON A PAPER TOWEL AND SPRINKLE WITH ICING SUGAR
