1 TEASPOON THYME

1 1/2 TEASPOON SALT

1 TEASPOON SUGAR

1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER

1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

8 MEDITERRANEAN TORTILLA WRAPS

16 MEDIUM EGGS

250 GRAMS GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE

8 SLICES OF HAM

2 TABLESPOONS WHOLE MILK


INSTRUCTIONS :


.SPRAY OLIVE OIL SPRAY ON MEDIUM HEATED FRYING PAN

.ADD 625 GRAMS MINCED PORK COOK UNTIL BROWN

.ADD SAGE / THYME / SALT /SUGAR / GARLIC / WHITE & BLACK PEPPER

.DON'T OVER COOK MEAT

.REMOVE MEAT AND DISCARD ANY EXCESS JUICE AND SET ASIDE

.IN BOWL ADD 16 EGGS AND 2 TABLESPOONS WHOLE MILK AND MIX TOGETHER

.ADD MIXTURE IN FRYING PAN AND COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT

.COOK UNTIL SCRAMBLED

.ONCE EGGS IS ALMOST FULLY COOKED ADD PORK AND MIX MIX TOGETHER

.CONTINUE COOKING FOR 3 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT

.IN TORTILLA WRAP ADD A SLICE OF HAM

.ADD SAUSAGE AND EGG MIX

.ADD GRATED CHEESE

.WRAP AND COVER IN FOIL

.COOK IN OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES ON 180 C / 356 F

.BURRITOS CAN BE STORED IN FREEZER
