BREADED CRAB STICKS WITH TARTAR SAUCE


INGREDIENTS :


CRAB STICKS

10 imitation crab sticks

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 cup all purpose flour


TARTAR SAUCE

5 or 6 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons hamburger pickles ( chopped )

1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon pickle juice

1/4 teaspoon dill

pinch of salt

pinch of ground black pepper



INSTRUCTIONS :


TARTAR SAUCE :


.IN A MIXING BOWL ADD

5 OR 6 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE

2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED HAMBURGER PICKLES

1/2 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD

PINCH OF SALT & PEPPER

1/2 TEASPOON PICKLE JUICE

.MIX THE INGREDIENTS


BREADED CRAB STICKS :


.PLACE 1 CUP FLOUR, 1 CUP BREADCRUMBS, 1 BEATEN EGG INTO SEPARATE BOWLS

.DIP CRAB STICKS INTO THE FLOUR THEN INTO THE EGG AND FINALLY INTO THE BREADCRUMBS

.PRE HEAT VEGETABLE OIL IN A FRYING PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK ON EACH SIDE FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
